Its founder previously worked as a lawyer of English and American law firms based in Paris and in London. Therefore the members of the firm intervene in French as well as in English in complex and international case.

Air Algérie / Swiftair AH-17  Flight – a criminal enquiry is open and two investigation judges are appointed
Following the accident of the Swift Air/ Air Algérie McDonnell Douglas MD-83 flight the Paris Prosecution Services opened on 24th July a criminal enquiry for involuntary manslaughters.

This criminal enquiry will be lead by the French Gendarmerie of Air Transports.
Two investigation judges were also appointed to investigate on the causes of the accident.
Families of the victims are allowed to take part to these investigations in becoming a party to the French criminal investigation proceedings.
The investigation judges may indict the persons against whom there are significant or matching elements which render possible that they participated to the criminal offense.

The indicted persons and the families of the victims who are parties to the proceedings are allowed to have access to the full investigations.
They can request the appointment of technical experts, that some persons be heard by the judges, and assist the judges to find out the truth.
Solenn LE TUTOUR has extensive experience in aviation matters and criminal proceedings, which are essential combined skills in aviation accidents.
She assists families of victims of the 2009 Air France Rio-Paris flight accident.

She also was involved in the civil proceedings following the Kenya Airways and Gulf Air crashes in 2000 causing hundreds of victims.
